La Tzoumaz has a number of café bars for the après ski beer, an essential on any skiing holiday. There are also a number of mountain restaurants to stop for refreshments!

There is an excellent indoor swimming pool just 100 metres from the apartment.

If you have a nominated driver for the evening then Verbier is world famous for its après ski, and is trendy, cosmopolitan and always lively. The Pub Mont Fort to watch the sun set is an institution as is dancing on the tables at Hotel Farinet bar. Others include Offshore, Big Ben and Murphy’s Bar.

For those with staying power then the club scene is excellent, with variety available depending on taste (and money!).

Eating Out

There are a number of excellent restaurants in La Tzoumaz. Restaurant Hotel De La Poste (60chf pp 3 course with wine) and La Tzoumaz (60CHF 3 courses with wine) are particularly good and are also good value for money.

For those that desire even more choice staying in Verbier for the evening would provide an additional 75 restaurants to choose from in this amazing resort. Le Caveau, La Fer à Cheval, El Toro Negro, Au Vieux Verbier and Kings are recommended.

Other Amenities

In La Tzoumaz the swimming pool next to the lift station can help relax those tired limbs. For those that require a rest from skiing there is a world famous 10km toboggan run down from the top of Savolyres.

There is a Supermarket and a post office within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.

In the valley towards Sion there is a Carrefour Hypermarket (25 minutes drive).
