Residence "Mont-Parrain-Number 19", sits close to the resort centre in a quiet, sunny position. It’s possible to ski to door in normal snow conditions. The Mountain lift is only 100 m, ski runs are 10 m and the ski school 100 m.

In the building: table-tennis, games room, lift, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use).

There is a well stocked supermarket and great restaurants within 400 m.

The second floor apartment has two bedrooms and a large dining and lounge area over 60 m2. It has comfortable modern furnishings. The living/dining room has fantastic views, new sofas, a dining table to sit everyone, cable TV and DVD player and there is also a separate CD player with USB port for Ipod fanatics.

• 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and south facing balcony
• 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm x 190 cm)
• Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm x 190 cm)
• Instead of using the bunks you might prefer to use the double sofa bed in the lounge
• In the bathroom there is a bath, a good shower and WC
• Well equipped kitchen including Fondue with fridge, oven and hob

There is a large balcony with garden furniture and incredible views of the mountains and the valley.

In the basement there is a garage with parking for one car.

Please note: the bunk beds in the entrance fold against the wall to look like a wardrobe.
